Telkom wifi never moved my line and handed me over to two different firms

I have written a review before about telkom and about my situation with them. The still haven't gotten back to me and a few days ago they handed me over to a new firm NuDebt and I explained to them the exactly what is explained to Back and Associates and till today not respons from Telkom nor NuDebt. I spoke to Cathren from NuDebt that phoned me in the 03/20/21 and like I said I explained everything to them and she agreed that telkom is in the wrong and will try and help aswell but still nothing has come from neither partys.

I am fed up now and want to know what my next steps can be.
