Telkom WiFi networks

Good morning hello Peter... Its Zoe here ... I HV a problem with Telkom WiFi networks..since we've been using their network they HV been putting our WiFi off on the 15th on every month 🙄 they send us messages that we HV to pay a fee off 1500 that we paid this month of November they put my mother in law's WiFi off since the 7th en keep sending letters to us that they taking us up to court so Im not happy at all
