Telkom wifi is pathetic

So tired of Telkoms ****py service. No a month goes by with out our wifi line having its meant to be a 4mg like (the highest our area allows) but at this very minute we running 0.21mps no even a fraction of what the line is meant to be running at. I mean it's a real inconvenience and this happens more often then not. We always have to call n do follow ups before someone is sent out to "fix" the line just for it to do the same thing next month. We have upgraded our router to handle up to 15 devices and even put in an extender to no avail. I mean it's pathetic that we have to deal with with every month. We would opt for fiber but there isn't available in our area as yet. This review has been along time coming n I have heard similar testimonials from other Telkom users. I'm definitely looking at switching network providers
