Telkom wifi installation fail

I am really disappointed with Telkom.

After filling in an order form twice online for fiber at home, not being called or followed up, I go into the shop, wait 45min to be helped. I finally complete the order.

Openserve shows up at my home one Monday (which was amazing) then, because they didn't want to wait for Telkom to answer the phone to activate my wifi, they leave and say they'll return the following day with my router.

The next day...nothing. I phone Telkom only to hear that SOMEONE cancelled my order!!?!

By now, I feel your service should be WAY better and faster Telkom. You're not new to the business. I also don't understand how someone can cancel an order 'on my behalf' if it's not me!!!
