TELKOM WIFI FAILURE TO WORK

<p>Since upgrading our internet from a 2mg line to a 4mg line we have been STRUGGLING to run our business. Our internet pages dont load and nor do our emails download off the server - and its extremely frustrating and when we phone in to complain they tell us there is nothing wrong with our line. I have attached a screenshot of our internet speed. If Telkom can't provide the service we are paying so much for we need to know so we can find another service provider</p>
