Telkom wifi

If there was an option for ZERO stars I would take that option. I am a third party on a wifi contract with telkom. In January 2024 my debit order never went off so I called them to say it never went off.

They billed me alot of money for that after I called in.

Then I paid and paid and paid for wifi that is off the whole year because I can't cancel I'm not a year with them.

So this Month I received an invoice for R4095.

They took a debit order last week from my bank without my permission for R2047.74

And I paid R300 in their bank.

Today I received another invoice for R4755.07

Money I'm paying does not get deducted from their total they have. After calling them last week asking to short this out because I'm paying more than I should.
