Telkom wifi.. Dont make the same mistake

So i app**** for a home adsl line in desember 2018. Telkom told me this line will be installed in 21 working days. In last week i got an sms stating my new email adress and pasword for my new telkom line!!!! But i was never even informed that i was approved. Now end of januarie 2019 i go to the sjop they tell me im approved i must call 10210 i load 60 rand airtime and o try calling them. I pay 79 c per second so that gives you about an hours min to call. Guess what i get put on terrible music and no customer care answers my call. So now please telkom tell me. Am i gonna ve debited for something that i dont have or what now
