Telkom Wifi deal online application issue

<p>Telkom offered a Wifi deal in July. I app**** online in July even entering my banking details for the debit order.</p> <p> </p> <p>I phoned them today and they told me that the did not receive the application??? Although it stated successful after online application. They told me the deal is not on anymore.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now why did I apply online? Why is there online applications if it does not work?</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** in July in the month of the deal yet now they claim it was not send.... </p> <p>Very dissapointed in Telkom!</p>
