Telkom Wifi Contract

Had the worst experience with the Network. I had requested to cancel the contract, was told that it will be closed and last debit date will be in July, come August and I am debited again. Called and spoke to a consultant who did not know what she was saying or doing. Went to the branch and they still were confused. Turns out that contract was not closed and I would still be debited till Sept if I didn't go into a Branch. Yho no more
