TELKOM WIFI CONTRACT

Im T.E. Phalatsi i took a wifi contract with Telkom suddenly three months later i dont get a signal at most of the time when i need to use my wifi , which was not part of the contract .

I called them concerning the signal problem,instead i was moved from one to another on different occasions.l even gone to Maponya Mall and Jabulani Mall branches but I did not get help.

Months later i followed the again i called,the girl i was talking to she to me she will email my complains and she will stop account after i told her i dont receive signal but my bank account is being debited by TELKOM.It was 2018 around May.

I started to reverse their debit after not finding help from them.After a while another consultant called me about the payments.I told him about my problems with TELKOM. He said if that is the case then i have to pay for the package they gave me ( router package) R600.i agreed and i told him to email me the bank acc numbers because i can't let them debit my bank acc anymore.

I did not receive an email or any go ahead till today only calls of payment and my TELKOM debt kept on going up with areas.

Today i hate cellphones signal contract particular TELKOM i wont encourage anyone to take it .im going to talk about it i find peace on it.
