Telkom wifi continously down!!

Telkom wifi is continously down - I have had the Wifi router replaced, reset on a number of occasions- every time they just reset it - for a couple of days it works and then we are off line - I then have to stand in line for an hour and they tell me the same thing - I am really getting nicked off. Its time for me to stop paying as I am not getting the service - I have students busy with projects and now this is the last straw. Michael
