Telkom Wifi and Openserve is just empty promises

Since we had our Wifi installed we have been experiencing issues. Router keeps disconnecting at random times, where we have to re-start the router. After numerous calls and fault reporting our issue has not been resolved. Now this morning we have been unable to connect and again I have called the technical department. All steps as instructed were followed and yet no resolution. We are running a business from home and we cannot contact anyone as the person at home cannot connect to the wifi neither can make calls. I have asked someone to contact the person at home and they simply refused. What type of customer service is this? We pay for a service and not getting it and now one is willing to contact the person at home to help getting this problem sorted. I am losing business and Telkom that were quick to get me from Rain over to Openserve is now just empty promises.
