Telkom Wifi adsl

Telkom cancelled our account accidently. Have been waiting 10 days now to reconnect us. Every time I talked t a consultant. They say 24 hours. I have already spent a lot of money to to contact them dayly and not one of them seems like they know anything. Come the end of the month. They wiil deduct the money, But i am without wifi for almost 2 weeks. Their service is terrible.
