Telkom WIFI

Well beside being given problems by the DSL router of which it's bothering me, I have a 2 year contract imagine. I logged a query that my WiFi is not working, then I waited no one came, I called I was told I was supposed to reply so they may proceed with my query. That was my fault OK! The lady I called promised someone will contact me, I waited no one called. I called again, the lady was so rude because she thought I was calling for a mobile router, I then asked to be transferred to the relevant department. The phone rang until there was no sound. Well I am paying for this wifi, it's almost 2 weeks now without the WiFi it's not fair
