Telkom wifi

In october 2024 there was a power outage in my area then my home wifi stopped working and I reported it to telkom I was given a reference number and told tech wil come but nothing happened till today and they landed me over to Attorneys for service I am not using they said I mst pay before they can sent a technician I dnt know why I must pay for service that is not working
