Telkom WiFi

I have a LTE contract with uncapped data. Contractually speed supposed to be 10mbps up until usage of 150gb. Thereafter it may be throttled to 4mbps. BUT Telkom throttles it to as low as 1mbps whilst usage is only 35gb! Despite numerous complaints speed still varies between 1 and 4mbps. This has a negative effect on working effectively from home. Absolute disgrace!
