Telkom Wifi

I have an Aztech router with Telkom (as they had a special on Aztech and Wifi) for Wifi and it keeps dropping the wifi, Try callling their call centre and you hold for a very long time and then just get cut off. I reset the router and it worked for a few hours and then went down again. this is happening all the time and the problem is we cant get hold of them to sort the problem out. This is ridiculous as i am sitting with no wifi but paying for it. Even the website help for a Telkom Chat to a technician does does not work as no one assists you.
