Telkom Wifi

My account was overdue received a statement to settle outstanding account by the 1st June 2020. Telkom had disconnected my wifi on Thursday 28th May 2020. I had settled the account on the 30th of May 2020. That was so uncalled for. I even went to the Telkom store at Eastgate and they could not help me yet Telkom will bill me for internet services though the service has been suspended
