Telkom wi-fi system review

The system of wi-fi was installed during August this year, of wi-fi I received a free service after installation and I was told I will receive an acc number where I should make monthly payments. I received a call where my banking details were taken for a monthly debit but the system stopped working ever since the 6 September 2024 I lodged a complaint requesting that they sent me their technician I wanted until they did the first debit and I contacted Telkom informing them that my system has not 🐝 working but they debited an amount of payment of the service that I didn't receive,I then reversed the money back to my account, but still in October still they debited an amount I contacted them informing them that how can I pay for service not rendered. Still in November they debited I complained and reversed the amount still this month they debited and the system is not working I even asked them to send their technicians to confirm what I am complaining about and they have never sent anyone so I need your assistance with Telkom on this issue.
