Telkom WI-FI problems.

We have been using Telkom's WI-FI ROUTER UNCAPPED for around 1,5 years now, but the service has been getting progressively worse. We recently had no service for a 3 week period, but of course we still had to pay. We have spent a fortune on prepaid data, because of the unavailability of the Telkom service which we pay for every month. It has gone off again today, and when we phoned them, they made it our problem to try and call 3 different numbers, which did not work, to try and solve the issue.I would not recommend anyone looking for a WIFI service provider, to take out a contract with Telkom, it will be too frustrating, and will cost you good money.
