Telkom wi-fi not working from 08/12/2016

<p>All this is on behalf off my mom, telophone number ********** 782, i phoned them on the 08/12/2016, then got reference nr:901CRK081216, then on 12/12/16 spoke to Tsepho, Phineas on 13/12/16, Pumla on 14/12/16, Nondwe on 19/12/16, Noncobeko on 20/12/16 and Amanda 21/12/16. every time it is the same story, technicians are busy attending to problem or they are still waiting to assign a technician to it. i even got a escalation number: 932447. how can they not attand to the problem from the 08/12/16? in the meentime my mom need to by dat to get affload. she must also pay for wi-fi that is not working.</p>
