Telkom Wi-Fi Nightmare

Soooo we haven't had Wi-Fi at our residential address for 2 weeks now.... We have registered over 15 reference numbers to log the fault and have been given nothing but empty promises and constant run around buy the so called "helpline". Telkom call center is quick to blame other internal departments for issues but there is absolutely no accountability. I have never in my life experience such terrible service from a company. DO NOT GET TELKOM WIFI!!!
