TELKOM why won't you cancel my contract 😒 😤

I took a contract with TELKOM in 2020 during lockdown they took long to connect the line and eventually I was set up and I was making payment consistently and they disconnected my line 3 times and every time I was being charged for reconnecting the line like R800 eveytime and the other time I was told my line was disconnected because I owed R80 in the previous month that no one told me about mind you I'd payed my subscription that month including reconnection fees. I finally decided to cancel my contract but up to now the debit still keeps going off on my account and there's a ridiculous unexplained amount that i owe I called the 3 tines to disconnect the line and im assured that it was disconnected so TELKOM is a money making scheme now I see
