Telkom, why don't you care - no way to get in touch at all?????

I don't even want to give you 1 rating. Telkom you deserve ZERO stars.

Your phone numbers don't work, your chatbot is broken, your whatsapp feature does not work, your self-service login and registration does not work and your app does not work. Ridiculous. All I want to do is cancel my subscription please. Can someone advise!!!! How does one get in touch with ANYONE at Telkom Mobile????

How is one supposed to get in touch with you when every form of customer service contact has failed? You are quick to call me to try to upsell me, and you are quick to debit my account, but there is no way to contact you whatsoever?

Typical behaviour from Telkom. Can someone please advise me on how to get in touch with someone at Telkom Mobile to CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!
