Telkom Why don't you phone me back???

<p>Phoned Telkom? 5 times. Been promised that they will call me back? 5 times. Number of calles received? 0. In the mean time I payed for my TI bundle on FIbre that isn't working, loaded data 3 times that was used up? Thay say they will investigate and follow up and escalate. NOTHING HAPPENS?? Will you re-imburse me for the lost 40GIG??? and Fix my TI bundle</p>
