Telkom why are you treating me like a piece of ****

I have a problem with telkom they sold me a wrong product and I've called to inform them about it and they said now they are threatening to take me to credit bereau. Is this how telkom is treating me for their own mistake, this is so unfair thye have to sort out this mediocre, I can't be threatened with credit bereau for their own mistake
