Telkom why are you so useless

I have orderd an adsl line on the 9th and recieved 0 communication from telkom and the technision had a date to do the instalation on the 17th but never came out to do the installation its the 26th and no comunicasion still i have the technicians details and number but my messiges are read and ignored telkom please stop being useless like always ive been a customer since 2008 and its been non stop trouble the worst experience ive had with any service provider even a ****a shop has beter service
