Telkom? Who is Telkom? Pathetic...

One month and Telkom is still to resolve my problem. In the interim, I have no telephone lines or internet lines but the best is still to come.....Telkom sends me a full bill for services which I have absolutely no access to thanks to Telkom. One month, uncountable reference and escalation numbers, in excess of 8 hrs from my cell phone to Telkom call centre, 7 visits to the Baywest Telkom shop and all I can get out of Telkom is my bill for services I did not have access to. What a ****** joke. You are in breach of your contract with me Telkom. That will will pay for. Welcome to Telkom, where the customer means nothing.
