TELKOM WHO???

Complaint logged as follows, and still not a response , my device was supposed to be delivered ages ago and still nothing, can you believe this is the sort of service TELKOM delivers?? TELKOM CUSTOMER SERVICE----- NON EXISTENT Apply online for a Telkom phone, told to go in store, do the application in store, only to see that they captured the whole application incorrectly, go back to the store re-apply and do a verification...….. then be told sorry no stock, we will call you when we get the device to come and collect...…..then...… wait.....wait...….wait, go online chat, they cannot assist, Comment sir you have to go back to the store, then.... they cut the chat off...……. I am at a LOSS for words, this is a multibillion rand organization that cannot assist a client correctly.... I EAGERLEY AWAIT A RESPONSE FROM YOU TELKOM.....I am not going to go to the store again to do any sort of applications again....Lets see how your customer service can assist me....
