Telkom White River-Mpumalanga

Good morning.

Telkom White River- Mpumalanga complaint.

I got an Oppo Reno 7 Z on Friday 29/07/2022 on contract,early upgrade, I was assisted by Rotshidzwa.

I noticed that it has a potential battery problem because the battery just drains so quickly.

I went to the store at about 15:15, a lady,forgot her name,told me that they close at 5pm so I can come back before 5pm for assistance as Rotshidzwa was out of the store.

I left to go eat at spur next to Telkom with my family and came back at 16:36. As I was approaching the door, the manager was leaving.

The lady that told me to come back before 5pm said I was late and that even the manager just left,she tried calling him from the store and said I see he's already reversing from the parking,he's gone,come back tomorrow. She said the store closes at 5pm but the staff starts leaving at 16:30. I asked her why she didn't tell me that earlier,she didn't respond. I told her that you told me to come back before 5pm. She just said I was late .

As she was talking Rotshidzwa was still not in the store, but came back,he also said I was late I should come back tomorrow,being today. The lady also said within 7 days of upgrading I can cancel my contract.

May I please cancel my contract.
