Telkom White River failed to cancel contract, almost 2 years now

Telkom has been debiting my bank account for a phone that I do not have. I phone that I took back to them because it had factory faults and they agreed. I asked them to cancel the contract because for over two months it could not be fixed . Cliff the manager at White River Telkom store has the worse service ever. He never calls back
