Telkom wheres our data and network cover

What is going on lately. There is almost NO coverage..either data or call network. Is Telkom not able to supply a service anymore??? Then Telkom gives you 1gig free data to make up for it BUT WHAT IS THE USE....NO DATA COVERAGE so how the hell must you use it if its not possible. Telkom please wake up or I will go another provider
