telkom where nobody knows anything

1 week back I wanted to upgrade my tablet contract with Telkom mobile.They informed me they are out of stock but will have stock by Thursday/Friday. After sending mails to fined out what-going on. I still don't have answer. I spoke to someone on-line and they only revere you back to the branch. I went to the branch today to try to finde out wat is going on and the only response I get is that there is no stock by them or warehouse and there is nobody they can contact regarding this problem. For a company of there size for them to give you that answer is pathetic and a company with attitude like that should not still be in business
