Telkom- Where did my number go???

Telkom... I am so upset! It has been 48hrs and still you have not gotten back to me regarding my number which was deactived by Cell C and taken apparently by telkom although you say it was not active on your system! It was very much an active number and it needs to be reinstated! ***
