TELKOM - When you say you are sending a Technician then please send a technician!!!!!!!!!
<p>To whom it may concern, I received an sms on Tuesday10th May to say that a technician will be sent on Wednesday 11th May between 7:30 - 4pm. I took a day off work to wait for the technician. I then received two further sms's on Wednesday to say a technician had been despatched but no technician ever arrived! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! I lost out on a days leave and still have no Telkom line and therefore no internet!!!!! Please get back to me with a solution asap!! My order number is ***. I am looking for a technician to come and activate my line so that I may link up wifi. Please contact me urgently!!!</p>
