Telkom what went wrong?!

I have an 80GB LITE WIRELESS deal for R199 for my rooter which I agreed to this contract in July 2022. I am constantly being billed over the contract amount, due to "subscriptions" which the consultants cannot even explain how I that happened without my consent. I am getting different stories each time I call in, and honestly I am exhausted doing these cancelations over the phone as their portal is not helping at all so are their USSD. Really glad I used a secondary bank account for the debit order, otherwise Telkom would be feasting on the pennies I have left... Sad
