Telkom what should one do

Imagen paying for data telkom send you a text that they have a problem give you a reference number... You try and phone them for 2 day they pick up and say you must call the bank... Where they know the problem is with them.. Why give a reference number if you cant trace it... Ppl please think twice before makeing a change.... I have been loyal to telkom for years but its a joke the call centre is useless makeing their problem yours...
