Telkom? What service?

Telkom has once again lived up to its reputation of making empty promises. I am appalled at the level of service which once again affirms that the customers do not important when it comes to service delivery however very important when it comes to payment. I logged a call for my internet and data that were not loaded and it was comfirmed by the consultant who proceeded to give me a reference number. After calling the customer service number of numerous occasions I made final attempt yesterday and received the standard answer that it is being tended to by the IT department. I was told that the IT department has logged the query as closed or completed however I am still waiting for my data to be loaded.
