Telkom- What more can I say :-(

I am not sure how many times I have complained about Telkom on Hellopeter and again, on their social media. I have even been threatened that if I continue to complain, I will be deleted- not sure what that means. My Telkom business account has been handed over to their debt collectors. And I am not sure why. My story begins from last year already and it will be too long to start from there. Basically I have been charged a ridiculous amount on an account that I cancelled and due to the poor service of Telkom, they did not cancel it in the beginning. I personally went in to the store to cancel the account after I was told that it was not properly cancel. I received a call from a lady named Rose in January asking me what is the problem and I explained my story. She told me to contact her which I did every week and she said she was busy and she is dealing with many other accounts and would get back to me. I received a updated statement on the 13 March with a new amount (which I am still not happy with) and on the statement it says that the amount is due on the 3rd April. Today 29 March, I received a call from Blake and Associates (Pty) Ltd, Debt Recovery Division telling me that the account has been handed over and that I have been listed on ITC. Firstly, I want to clarify that this account is a business account and should not have been listed on my personal ID number as the business is not in my name and should be put on the business name. I do not own the business. Secondly, I am still waiting for Rose to call me back to discuss my account further as she said she would and I am still waiting. Thirdly, I am extremely unhappy that Telkom feels that just handing the account over and not taking responsibility for their poor service and actions towards this account. Now Telkom are passing the buck. I feel this is client abuse. I am so exhausted from complaining and fighting with Telkom to meet me half way as I want this account resolved, however, just feel that Telkom are not bothered. Where is the justice Telkom- where? I am sorry, this is wrong and feel that you have not met your promise of being the best service provider as there is none.
