Telkom, what more can I say?

Telkom Fixed Line Fault reported in 10 September. 21 days later and still not resolved despite numerous follow ups and escalations! No feedback and no updates from Telkom unless I contact them, but their “technicians are working on the problem” and “we will fix the issue soon”. I would rate them 0 stars if I could!
