Telkom - what are you doing?????

Since my fiber speed upgrade a few months ago, I have been billed for both the old and the new speeds. After going in to a Telkom branch, and being helped by a lady that went out of her way to help me resolve my problem, I got a call from Telkom regarding my dispute. The lady on the phone then tried to tell me that the one amount was for the line and the other was for the speed. Went into a lengthy, heated debate and after she spoke to others around her, she came back and said she would log the dispute for my problem - however before I could say anything, she put the phone down in my ear.
