Telkom what a waste of money

I have a WiFi contract with Telkom which had not run the full 24 months , I phoned and spoke to Nondiwe who says she cannot give me an exact amount so I can cancel this contract . Telkom are total *******s and I just want out of this account . I asked to speak to management as I want someone to give me an exact amount , she insists that there is no one in Telkom that can do that . Her insistence is not only annoying but hints of arrogance. Just tell me exactly how much I need to pay exactly to get out of this ******* contract .
