TELKOM WHAT A JOKE

I have been with Telkom for almost 5 months and the service is shocking. Not once have they gotten the debit order amount correct, even after I have called in numerous times informing them about the incorrect amount. I was told by 6 different consultants that the amount has been changed however to date the debit order amount is incorrect. 7 days ago the service was disconnected no warning or notification went into a Telkom store was told to call the call center, which I did. Have been told the line is active about 20 times when actually its not, was told a technician would come out BUT still waiting. Not only is the customer service shocking the staff have no clue what they are doing. Do yourself a favour and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
