Telkom : What A Joke .. continued to be a Joke

<p>Further to my complaint/review on Jun 28, 2016: Telkom still have not contacted with me beside sending a Reference Number! In the meantime, they can not find my first application, now I have re-app****. Again, we have to hold on more 40 min. every time you phone 10213 ! I lost almost 10 hours my precious time to by holding for Telkom for the past weeks. When a lady eventually finalizing my 2nd attempt applciation for LTD, she was reading T & C over the phone ( again she said she can not email to me), why would Telkom someone who can not pronouse English and I can not understand a word she was reading about my right ... Again, she can not answer many questions I raised from what she was reading! Don't Telkom trained your agent to fully understand your own T & C before Telkom put this person to close the deal / application !! Another Joke from Telkom !!</p> <p>So far, no one from Telkom contact for my complaint. / Jun 30, 2016/ 10:13 am</p>
