Telkom: What a Joke - Continued July 11, 2016 : Should dismiss the head of their Customer service

<p>Despite my previous three complaints on Jun 28/30 and July 05, 2016, so far I received only Ref. No. but no one contact me. You will hold for more than 40 min. for their 10213 and they hire staff who can not speak proper English : They refuse to send their T & C via email, Agents can not pronounce or understand their own wordings over the phone which no one can understand what were they saying !
