Telkom -What a Joke !

<p>I app**** for LTE and an agent phoned last week and took all my details, requesting me to contact her for my banking details but could not give me her direct tel. no. or email, but have to phone 10213 which everyone knows how bad. Have been holding at least 40 min each you phoned 10213. If you are lucky eventaully someone took your call, he can not find my application even with my ref. / Ticket number, or referred me to one of their sub-contractors who also can not find my application. I even tried to lodged three request at Telkom website for someone to phone me back in vain. Telkom's website is for decoration only. Imconpetent ! What a joke !! </p>
