Telkom- What a joke

I opened a contract online with Telkom two weeks ago, service was super efficient then... I was told that I would receive my device and sim card within 3-10 working days. On the 25th July I received an SMS to say that they had no stock of the phone I order and therefore delivery would be delayed, that same day I emailed the email address that was supp**** on the SMS. No response to date. I requested a call back on Telkom online, still no call. I have spoken to 5 different people today alone and no one can assist me. I need someone to contact me! I want to cancel my contract before I even get it due to this attrocious service!
