TELKOM !! WHAT A JOKE 4 weeks no business lines!

Going for four weeks now with no Business line's,I posted a week back on HALLO PETER And Telkom e mailed me back \we will get it fixed\" yet again a week has past no line's. When you call them the person is on lunch or went for coffee or just not getting back to me.We have now suffered a huge cash loss and business loss because of Telkom and they just don't care.Will telkom pay my staff this moth ?
