TELKOM WHAT A JOKE

This is the second time that installation has been rescheduled, after receiving an sms saying my installation would be done today I have now been told it has been moved to another date, this is 2 days off work I have taken and after holding for over 1 hour shifted from one department to another excuse after excuse my favourite one being from Nikkiwe apparently a supervisor that she is unable to find her Manager Khwezi because he is not in, so he obviously doesn't work Fridays same as Daniel the technician who only works till 3pm <br> <br> It's just all round disgusting service. TELKOM waste people's time and money and there is absolutely nothing Joe soap can do about it because they are the monopoly, so they will continue to provide bad services
