Telkom. What a frustration.

I am so sick of reporting internet problems to Telkom. Everytime it rains, my internet looses connection. Speed has also reduced about half the usual speed since about November last year (2019) They have attended to these problems so many times without any improvement. Can you believe that once it rains, I sit without internet for most of the time, and sometimes it remains down and need to be fixed. But its never restored to a proper working order. I cant wait for fibre to be installed so that I can move away from telkom. No use of moving now as they still manage the adsl line to the sence that they need to fix the line issues.
